DS4C: Digital Skills for Citizens
The DS4C programme is one of a number of digital inclusion initiatives at Microsoft that makes technology accessible to those who could otherwise not afford it.
It helps people cross the digital divide by providing them with access to technology and helping them improve their IT skills. The campaign also allows people to realise their potential in a society where IT literacy is a professional and social requisite.
The programme is underpinned by the Microsoft Unlimited Potential campaign - Microsoft’s global aspiration to bring technology and computing skills to one quarter of a billion underserved people by 2010.
- Watch the video below to see how the Digital Skills for Citizens programme has helped projects in Milton Keynes and Birmingham.
